We use delivery couriers to ensure your orders arrive on time and in perfect condition within Nairobi and across the country.
Delivery Options Overview
- At Notion Computers, we prioritize the fast and reliable delivery of customer orders. However, please note that delivery times are estimates only, and Notion Computers shall not be liable for any delays.
- If the customer fails or refuses to accept delivery of the goods, then in addition to all other rights and remedies of Notion Computers, the customer shall be responsible for any loss and damage (including consequential loss and damage) incurred by Notion Computers as a result. At its discretion, Notion Computers may also charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.
- The goods will be at the customer’s risk upon delivery. Upon taking delivery, the customer should immediately inspect the goods and provide written notice to Notion Computers of any defect within three (3) days. If no notice is given, the goods will be considered delivered in good condition and accepted by the customer.
